Ask yourself this, what are you wearing now?

Why are you wearing it? and how are you perceived, while wearing it?

A top bloke I spoke to a couple of days ago, gave me some great advice, fashion advice actually!

Traction in fashion blogging always applies to those who are genuinely interested but when wanting to target a larger audience, it can also get harder, due to fashion not being seen as an topic of importance.

This mentality comes from those who don't realise how important fashion is. These people see it as a material fetish, a waste of time, as well as a complete ignorance towards what is one of the most amazing things known to WO/MAN, CLOTHES!

For example: Men in general, heterosexual ones that is, most of the time don't give a hoot about what they wear. Then there's the fashion stages of life, whereby at a younger age, probably in his teens to late twenties, he cares about what he wears to the every detail.

The reason being, the main objective, to impress the opposite sex..Aha there you have it! This eventually subsides as he gets older, then gets comfortable or just can't be bothered.

What, Who and How would you be without clothes? Completely naked? I know but I'm talking about your identity, what you would feel & how you would be seen by others!

So his point was taken quite seriously, look at what you wear even though you don't care because regardless of your interest in fashion, you're still looked at by what we see, how you wear it & why. That's why fashion is such an interesting topic & highly overlooked because it just is so blasé.
